The consultation is split into 3 areas covering your medical history, current health & fitness and a full nutritional assessment. From here we can see exactly where you need to go.
Medical history / General Assessment
A sensible step to take before doing anything, taking a full medical history, followed by a general chat on your current activity, psychological barriers and what you really want to achieve from Personal Training.
Health & Fitness assessment
This is the main assessment, the equivalent of an MOT for the body, including Height - Weight - Body Mass Index - Blood Pressure - Lung Function - Body Fat Percentage - Aerobic Fitness Test - Muscular Endurance - Core Endurance - Flexibility
Nutritional Assessment
This four page questionnaire looks at many elements of your current nutritional status. The perfect starting place.
